TRAFFICGIRL will not be held responsible for traffic delivered during any down time on a clients site for any reason and any traffic delivered under these conditions will not be credited or refunded. No refunds for any reason, unless we fail to deliver in a timely manner all traffic promised, up to 60 days if needed.

The client understands that web counters and other tracking services other than that of TRAFFICGIRL will not be regarded as a real reflection of traffic delivered. We use raw IP address capturing software that is much more reliable than any Web based tracking system.

TRAFFICGIRL does not guarantee sales, nor will be held responsible if none are generated. It is up to you to make the sale or conversion. No refunds will be given after the completion of delivery of the hits due to "no results" or "poor response" from visitors.

For guaranteed visitors all we ask is that your site complies to the following rules

Your Advertisement ( advertised URL)
Can NOT contain any other popup windows
Can NOT have background music or sounds
Can NOT contain scripts that alter users browser settings
Can NOT contain any frame breaking codes.

If you break these rules we can delete you campaign.

TRAFFICGIRL reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, as it deems necessary. It is the member's responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions.
